About This Site
Our goal with this site is to provide
timely information
to anyone interested in Sonoma County Real Estate.
Statistics and Trends
This is a capsule overview
of our market segment. The relationship between the number of new
listings and new sales on a weekly basis is a broad indicator of market
health and direction. We also provide commentary on how we perceive
the market is acting and where it is going.
New Listings
We track new listings in three
market segments on a weekly basis: Northern Sonoma County - These are all of the new
listings in Healdsburg, Geyserville and Cloverdale - in town and country property. Country Property - Residential property on
an acre or more throughout
Sonoma County. Land Listings - Undeveloped land for sale throughout
Sonoma County.
Every week these new listings of town and country properties, residential
country properties and undeveloped land listings throughout Sonoma County will
be instantly available thru an auto-responding e-mail link on the home page
as well as automatically e-mailed weekly to anyone who signs up.
Favorite Listings
These are listings throughout Sonoma County that we find
interesting for one reason or another. They stand out from average listings
due to various factors such as price, quality or location.
Search Listings
We have supplied links to two public sites that are supported by the Bareis
MLS system. Using these sites is a great way to get basic information
about the market. Our e-mail response link on the frames of these sites
makes it easy to get detailed information and up to date availability about
interesting listings, since the information on public sites is sometimes sketchy
and delayed.
Custom Searches of Sonoma County Properties
Please take advantage of our offer
to do custom searches for particular types of property. This is an easy
way to get aquainted with different segments of the market.
I hope you find this site useful
and informative.
