To reach this diverse group of potential buyers we use a variety of media, both print and electronic.  Our combination of advertising, promotion and networking is designed to reach both prospective buyers and agents who are working with qualified buyers.


These activities are designed to create maximum exposure for your property so that we can show it to as many prospects as possible and invite as many offers as we can get.  Once we receive an offer, or offers, our function is to guide and counsel you through the negotiations, and then to oversee the escrow.  There are many details and much paperwork to be handled between buyers and sellers, including verification of funds and pre-approval of the buyers for a loan, plus delivery and receipt of all necessary disclosures.
